Challenge:
This renown west coast purveyor of vintage and contemporary
clothing wanted to expand their business online and reach a wider customer
base. Given that the majority of their products were unique, one of a kind
items, no ordinary online store would do.
Solution:
Using Interbrand technology, we created a custom online store
which removed products from view once they were sold, eliminating the need
for annoying "Out of Stock" or "Sold" messages. The "retro-futuristic" look
appealed to their diverse audience comprised of vintage enthusiasts and
fashion-conscious youth. To coincide with the launch, we also designed
clothing hang tags, business cards and fliers to generate awareness and
excitement about the new online store. Finally, we hired and trained staff to continue day-to-day operation of the store, including:
order fulfillment, product photography, adding/removing inventory and
customer correspondence.
